Media and Communications Manager, ACAA / ACAA媒体沟通经理

The Australia China Alumni Association (ACAA) is looking for two part-time staff:

Chinese Language:

Assist in drafting pre-event and post-event materials.
Work as part of the ACAA team, facilitate communications internally and externally.
Responsible for Chinese language website updates, producing Newsletter and social media (wechat and linkedin), including managing wechat groups, monitoring and reporting on progress.

We seek candidates with:

Proven ability and confidence in content production
Professional or semi-professional experience with Chinese social media
Previous volunteer / social media ambassador experience with ACAA or other NGO organizations.

English Language

Responsible for English language website update, producing Newsletter and social media (facebook, Instagram, Youtube and linkedin), monitoring and reporting on progress.

We seek candidates with:

Proven ability and confidence in content production
Professional or semi-professional experience with website design or social media.
Previous volunteer / social media ambassador experience with ACAA or other NGO organizations.

Time required:

The time require for this position is estimated around 1 day average per week, or 1-2 hours average per day.
Successful candidate is required to be available attend a half hour weekly meeting on Tuesday afternoons during working hours.
