ACAA Recognized at Australian Embassy Alumni Reception in Beijing

Strengthening Alumni Ties Under Ambassador’s Strategic Vision

The Australia China Alumni Association (ACAA) was honored to participate in the Ambassador’s Alumni Reception hosted at the Australian Embassy in Beijing on 10 April.

The event, designed to connect distinguished alumni across various sectors, highlighted the enduring educational and cultural bonds between Australia and China. ACAA had a representative to engage with prominent alumni, embassy officials, and industry leaders.

In his keynote address, His Excellency Mr. Scott Dewar, Australian Ambassador to China, specifically acknowledged ACAA's pivotal role in fostering alumni networks through initiatives such as the annual Australia-China Alumni Awards.

Looking ahead, ACAA will deepen collaboration with the Embassy through a scheduled policy dialogue with Counsellor Carolyn Wu, focusing on integrating alumni resources into Australia’s 2030 International Education Strategy.
