Sales support and Marketing Support
Star Combo Group is a leading Australian nutritional products business that develops, manufactures and distributes a range of branded vitamins, dietary supplements and skincare products, serving both domestic and offshore markets – predominantly China and other Asian countries.
We have assisted various businesses from numerous countries set up operations in Australia and China, including America, United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland and other countries.
As a sales support your specific duties include but are not limited to:
Working collaboratively with the sales team to assist them inachievincmonthly and annual sales target
Monitor stock levels and handle any general sales administration such ascreating proposals
Contact the customer to advise them of their production status, any3.additional approval required and the process forward
Frequently liaise with the external stakeholders such as suppliers fordelivery updates, invoices or any required follow ups
Provide delivery updates and ongoing support to the customer and salesteam
Fostering strong Customer relationships and ongoing support for long termcustomers
Reporting of market trends and competitor intelligence such as productbreakdowns, category analysis, sales analysis, strategy for channel;
As a marketing support your specific duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for organizing the participation at all events and conferences
Collate and review the production and ongoing monitoring of marketingmaterials to keep information relevant for domestic and China team
Proofing of marketing material to ensure accuracy of spelling, images.pricing and information
Drive in-store initiatives such as design, print and distribution of point of salematerials
Point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders for marketing and events
Keep website current and up to date
Other ad hoc marketing initiatives
