CPA Australia - Member Services Executive

We are one of the  world's largest accounting bodies with a global membership of more than 168,000 people working in 150 countries and regions around the world.Our core services to members include education, training, technical support and advocacy.  Employees and members work together with local and international bodies to represent the  views and concerns of the profession to governments, regulators, industries, academia and  the general public.We are looking for some to join our Beijing office to be responsible for our member services  network for the North China region.


Your Duties will include, but are not limited to:
the member services work for the North China region, incl. planning and executing  enrolment and renewal call campaigns, organising member events in different cities in  the region, providing various services to members re exams, advancements, migration  applications, PER, CPD studying, online learning etc.
executing the member services work in relation to the implementation of BD work incl.  new member growth and CPA Program enrolment in the North China.
collecting and analyzing market intelligence for member services in relation to the  implementation of BD work.
working with interns or contract staff for the walk-in and telephone inquiries from  potential members and engage them for our membership and exam enrolment.
providing the administrative and logistic supports for the operation of the North China  office and the CPA Australia initiatives and activities in office.


About you:
Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or social sciences from a  recognised university
Significant experience in a business support function
Accountancy or learning and development background beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service heart
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Team player with an inclusive style
Skilled at participating in change processes
