Consumer Product Insights Associate

Basic Salary: RMB 160,000 – RMB230,000
Location: Dongguan, Guangdong
About the position
To support Healthcare Consumer Product innovation related projects, mainly in Greater China region. Partner with R&D and CDO innovation team to design right consumer product research to answer key business questions. Provide insightful and RB relevant data/insights to enable business growth.
The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
To build and manage efficient and productive local, national, creative and on-line consumer panels to give the RB community access to consumers in your region.
Design, execute and manage quantitative and qualitative consumer .
To proactively identify and trial new consumer interaction approaches and methodologies to gain and explore superior and emerging behaviors and insights.
To ensure that all consumer work complies with Market Research codes of best practice and that data protection requirement are adhered to.
To actively participate in the development and implementation of best practices across the CPI team.
At least bachelor degree.
Prefer Natural science, Social science or psychological discipline or industry qualification in market research / consumer science disciplines.
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Prefer overseas work or study experience.
Solid experience within FMCG or consumer health companies in product categories where consumer science makes up an important part of product development.
Solid Consumer research experience – designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer research studies.
Experience presenting to small/medium groups (<20) and senior management.
A genuine and demonstrated interest in early product innovation/development within consumer packaged goods industries.
An excellent team player.
Fluent in English Language.
Able to effectively summarize consumer insights and connecting different dots into powerful stories.
Able to effectively analyze quantitative data and derive insights from data breakouts to form a strong conclusion.
Must be self-motivated, a natural leader and ambitious.
Being mobile or willing to travel frequently.
