The “Advancing Your Career at MQ” Seminar Successfully Held!

On Thursday, 10 April 2025, the Australia China Alumni Association (ACAA), in collaboration with the Macquarie University Chinese Students Association, hosted an “Advancing Your Career at MQ” seminar at Macquarie University. Held in the 417 Tutorial Room, the event brought together students, recent graduates, and industry professionals for an engaging afternoon of career insights and cross-sector dialogue.

This session focused on key themes including media, technology, entrepreneurship, cross-border management, and public service, with four distinguished guest speakers:

• Jessie Xiao – Executive Director, ACAE; 2024 ACAA Members Choice Award Winner

• Heidi Han – Director of Public Affairs, eBest; 2024 ACAA Medal for Media and Communications Winner

• Fengze Chen – Chief Operating Officer, eBest; Former Senior Operations Manager at Alibaba and DiDi
